In the last few months, things have been very busy again on the NeuHouse construction site. Before the summer finally comes to an end and autumn arrives, the last sunny days have been used to advance the work. A glance at the construction site shows the current state of progress:

Work on the clinker brick façade of the new building is nearing completion. The only thing still missing are the custom-made partial fillets at the corners of the building, which will be delivered and installed shortly. The scaffolding can then be completely dismantled. The final window elements for the 5th and 6th floors are also currently in production and will be installed shortly. In addition, interior work is being stepped up as well as the outdoor facilities, and the connection to the adjacent public areas is being prepared.

The façade work on the heritage-protected pre-war building is also nearing completion. The restored, historical stucco façade has already been completed, except for a few minor remaining pieces. The extension for the penthouse has also already been erected, so that the final shape of the building can now be seen. Work on the final extension of the penthouse will have to wait until the windows have been installed.

Just a few weeks remain until the new construction project is completed. We are looking forward with excitement to the remaining work to be finished.
