On 18.06.2019 the topping-out wreath rose above the shell of the building in Podbielskiallee 38a. The completion of the shell marks the first major step in the progress of the new construction project. On this sunny day, all those involved in the construction came together to congratulate the clients and to celebrate the ceremony in line with tradition. Catering in form of street food was provided by a food truck and high tables provided a relaxed atmosphere in the future front garden of the new villa. The guests let the afternoon end relaxed in the open air.
