In an urban location, between the Landwehrkanal and Volkspark Hasenheide in Berlin-Kreuzberg, is the new Jahn Urban building planned by Thomas Hillig Architects. With its classical architectural language and contemporary comfort, the new building project creates a modern living ambience in an up-and-coming neighborhood. The project includes a mix of compact 2-room apartments with approximately 35 m² to 4-room family apartments with a maximum of approximately 170 m² of living space.

After the sales start in January 2022, all 20 condominiums and two commercial units were successfully sold within one year! In addition to buyers from Sweden, the USA and China, the customers come in particular from the direct neighborhood.
