We are proud to announce that our company has been awarded the top grade by the renowned business journal „Capital” for the third time in a row. The journal conducts a broker compass each year, aiming at identifying the best real estate brokers in all of Germany in regard to their services in residential property sales. For that purpose, they review more than 10,000 companies. The first step of the process is making a quantitative preselection, that is conducted by the experts of Feri Eurorating Services, and the iib Dr. Hettenbach Institute. They register the real estate offerings displayed on all major internet platforms within the last twelve months, and this way identify the 25 largest brokerage houses in each city. Then, these companies undergo a thorough quality inspection that mainly focusses on the company’s market positioning, the staff’s level of qualification, process quality during acquisition and marketing, the structures of exposés and contracts, as well as the standards of customer service. In 2017, only seven companies were awarded the highest rating. We would like to express our thanks for the award of 5 stars!
