How we are safeguarding your health – and our own

Reducing personal contact is an essential component of our strategy to protect our customers and employees. Therefore we have decided to introduce the following measures:

• We will keep personal contact to a minimum. This is the most effective way we can reduce the risk of infection for you and our team. For example, we have encouraged our employees to work from home and have reduced the staffing of our office to a minimum until further notice.
• We can arrange property viewings via video chat if you would like. All you need to do is make an appointment with your real estate agent, who will guide you through the property via video chat and advise you on any questions that arise.
• We are still offering on-site viewings on an individual basis and in close coordination with you. Of course, we are taking all appropriate precautionary measures, including maintaining a safe distance and minimizing physical contact with door and window handles. For instance, we can ensure that interior doors are opened prior to any viewing in order to avoid contact with surfaces.

And if, for any reason, it is not currently possible to honor a pre-arranged meeting or appointment, we will find an alternative date for you as soon as possible.
