A visit of the construction site: During the last building site visit, the team of David Borck Immobiliengesellschaft was able to experience the great progress of the new construction project ++nio++ first hand. The building shell is constantly evolving, with the first residential units visibly taking shape. “We have just started the bricklaying in the living areas, as well as in the basement floors”, Marco Bialas, the project manager at PREMIUM Immobilien Deutschland GmbH explains. “In about four weeks, the service entrance rooms fitted with a floor coating and steel doors will be prepared so that we will be able to start the work for building services.”

In houses no. 1, 2 and 5, the walls were installed on the ground floor, and in house no. 3, concrete was placed on the ceiling above the ground floor, including the balconies. Currently, the last ceiling panels are being prepared for concreting in the ground floors of houses no. 8 and 9. The sealing work for the basement ceilings in the yard area have also begun and are continuously driven forward.
