Successfully marketed: Multiple owner-occupied dwellings +++Danziger136++ in the Bötzow-district
A few combinations work as well as traditional old building structures and timeless design. A great example of this symbiosis is the periodic building ++Danziger136++ in Prenzlauer Berg. This block of flats received a tailor-made colour and design concept for its historical structure. Simple and elegant colours such as stone grey, ebony black and off-white give the façade as well as the interior walls, doors and stairwells a timeless design. The colour scheme is complemented by the interior style elements in industrial design that go hand in hand with the existing mosaic and periodic elements.
The marketing success proves that this concept works. The last flat of a total of 20 units found a new owner – the project is completed. The block of flats, which was constructed around 1900 has 18 residential units between approx. 36 – 246 sqm and 2 commercial units on the ground floor. The absolute highlight of this building is the ample attic floor with 240 sqm living space, which has been converted to a fully boarded loft space. More details and visualisations of the property in the Danziger Straße or details about the location in the Bötzow-district can be found on our project website: http://danziger136.de/en+++
We are happy for our clients and want to sincerely thank our partners for the successful cooperation.
