Topping-out ceremony for the NeuHouse project: The building shell is finished!

Time to celebrate! NeuHouse is now structurally complete, marking an important milestone for the new building project. On this festive occasion, the client and their partners invited all those involved in the construction to speak at the topping-out ceremony and lift the traditional topping-out wreath.

David Borck gives a small speech.

NeuHouse is a unique symbiosis of a new construction and historic monument in one of the city’s most exciting neighborhoods. Apartments between Friedrichstraße and Checkpoint Charlie are an extremely scarce commodity and therefore highly sought after.

After judgment of the carpenter solemnly the topping-out wreath is lifted.

The topping-out ceremony of the NeuHouse residential ensemble located in the Berlin district Kreuzberg, was celebrated in the beginning of September: A total of 75 condominiums and six commercial units are being built in the striking ensemble of a historic monument and the added new construction.

The sales team of the David Borck Immobilliengesellschaft celebrates its success so far (f.l.t.r. Tobias Bajtel, Corinna Lenkeit, Rhea Abu-Ghoush, Tatiana Semmler, Patryk Gnysinski, Daniela Dreßner, vorn: David Borck und Caren Rothmann – geschäftsführende Gesellschafter der DBI)

The buyers are as thrilling and international as the Berlin district Mitte itself: We have already sold more than two thirds of the apartments to owner-occupiers and investors, including many Berlin newbies from Austria, but also from Switzerland and Italy. Afterwards we celebrated with all our guests, because it was the builders who deserved to be in the limelight this day, and we loved to be part of it.
