Although the present situation has created a number of challenges, there is no need to put a complete stop to property viewings. Our response to the social contact ban? Digital property viewings via video chat. As a prospective buyer, you can now be guided through the property via video chat on your mobile phone or tablet while having your questions about the property answered by your real estate sales associate.

And where on-site viewings are essential, personal viewings and brokerless viewings are still permitted in certain cases. If you do view a property alone, we will make sure the door has been opened for you in advance. We will also ensure that any and all protective measures are observed. These include:

• maintaining a minimum distance of at least 1.5 m
• no handshakes
• frequently touched handles and surfaces are regularly disinfected
• interior doors are opened before the viewing
