There is movement around NeuHouse! Not only the construction of the new building project is in constant progress, but also the environment is developing more and more into an attractive residential address. In the southern Friedrichstadt, on the grounds around the former wholesale flower market, the new art and creative quarter of tomorrow comes into being. In the next three years, numerous projects will be realized here: Commercial areas with project rooms, studios, start-ups and workshops as well as gastronomy offer an attractive mix, offering an inter-cultural and productive lifestyle.
