Successful project completion: New construction project ++NeuHouse++ in Berlin-Kreuzberg
The sophisticated new building project NeuHouse located between Checkpoint Charlie and the Jewish Museum in Berlin-Kreuzberg was successfully completed with the sale of the last unit.
Located in the historical Südliche Friedrichsstadt neighborhood, the building developed and designed by Berlin-based architects Gewers Pudewill combines exceptional architecture and a contemporary, modern living experience. The new build with its bright clinker facade, floor-to-ceiling windows and appealing design language, as well as the extensively renovated Wilhelminian-style classic building, make an architectural statement and offer 75 condominiums and six commercial units.
With floor plans ranging from approx. 24 m² to approx. 149 m², as well as cozy loggias and terraces, the attractive apartments and commercial units offer an urban living experience in the midst of a lively neighborhood between Berlin-Kreuzberg and Mitte.
We would like to congratulate all new owners and wish them much joy with their new properties!
