On Thursday, 16.05.2019, the 9th BERLINER IMMOBILIENGESPRÄCH (Berlin Real Estate Talk) took place at the Mercure Hotel. Alongside six other experts from business and politics, Managing Director David Borck took part in the panel on the topic “Are you still building or are you already buying?”. Topics such as the creation of living space, the development of rental prices and, above all, the increased exercise of the pre-emptive rights of the districts were discussed controversially. The evening was moderated by the journalist and author Christian Hunziker.

Overall, the evening was very successful. 122 players from the industry came together at the event to follow the intriguing, future-oriented dialogue. Afterwards, an extensive get-together provided the opportunity for in-depth discussions and networking.

About the IMMOBILIENGESPRÄCH

The Real Estate Talk is a well-established institution in the industry and is held several times a year in different German cities. The 1st BERLINER IMMOBILIENGESPRÄCH was held on the 15th June 2017. Since then, representatives of the sector have met three to four times a year in the capital.
