For the third time around, the business journal “Capital” has conducted a rating of brokers in Germany. In cooperation with the rating agency Feri Eurorating Services and the iib Dr. Hettenbach Institute, agents for residential properties from 50 different cities were selected to go through a two-stage analysis procedure. In this process, the services concerning the sales of residential properties were evaluated, taking into account aspects such as quality standards, marketing processes, real estate acquisition, information value of the sales particulars, brokerage agreement drafting, as well as the company’s market position and the management’s and staff’s expert qualification. The David Borck Immobiliengesellschaft received best scores in all categories, and once again, was honored as one of the top brokers in Berlin.
