Originally from Munich, she launched her first company at the age of 25. Since then, she has built a successful career as both an entrepreneur and an independent real estate agent. As a central figure in the company since 2010, she has shaped the development of David Borck Immobiliengesellschaft within Berlin’s real estate market through her commercial acumen, strategic foresight and distinctive eye for design and aesthetics.

    David Borck knows the Berlin real estate market like few others. He has been in the real estate brokerage business for more than 40 years. Early in his career, he decided to train as a real estate agent, and subsequently worked as an independent agent for many years. In 2010, he and Caren Rothmann founded David Borck Immobiliengesellschaft to bring their shared vision of the perfect real estate marketing strategy to life. He is the driving force behind the company. With his negotiating skills and strong network of contacts in Berlin, he brings people together and finds solutions that make everyone happy in the end. He helps out wherever he can within the team, and a piece of his work is reflected in every deal they close.
