Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this brokerage agreement within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the agreement is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, an email, or directly via the withdrawal function provided on our online user interface).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this brokerage agreement, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this agreement.

We shall make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the provision of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this agreement, compared with the full scope of the services provided for under the agreement.

Please note: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, any viewing appointment that may have been arranged will be cancelled, as property viewings cannot take place without a valid brokerage agreement. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
