Project start Droysen 12: six charming apartments in an old building near Kurfürstendamm

In Berlin-Charlottenburg, one of the city’s most sought-after districts – known for its exclusive design stores, diverse gastronomy and impressive architecture – a new residential project is being launched. With immediate effect, 6 condominiums are available for sale at Droysenstrasse 12, just a few minutes’ walk from Kurfürstendamm. The first sales phase comprises 4 freshly refurbished units for first occupancy and 2 apartments in an unrefurbished state, with living areas of between approx. 59 m² and approx. 116 m².
